1. Shipping Times

1.1 We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and any unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. After payment, please allow 24-48 hours for a tracking number and payment confirmation to be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contacting us before this time may delay your order. Orders are prepared in the sequence they are received. If you haven’t received a tracking number, your order has not been processed yet. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

1.3 Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

2.2 We may offer promotional free shipping on orders over certain dollars within certain destination.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 We offer the following live shipping methods as listed during checkout for domestic and international destination.

3.2 Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 We currently ship to addresses within the united states and internationally, excluding any restricted areas.

5.2 We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

6.1 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6.2 If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can to resolve the issue.

*Stolen Packages USPS: We are not liable for stolen packages. To add extra security, consider selecting Signature Confirmation during checkout for an additional fee. This ensures your package won’t be left unattended. Contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.

*Wrong Address USPS: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you notice an error before your package is out for delivery, contact us immediately. You can text us at 347-740-5641 to arrange a $16 fee for a “Package Intercept” service through USPS. This service is only available before delivery attempts. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, USPS will return the package to us. You will need to cover the cost of reshipping. Please ensure you include your apartment number in the address. Response time may take up to 24 hours.

7. Address Accuracy

7.1 Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7.2 If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
