Once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, we have no further control. You will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not liable for packages after delivery, so please ensure your address is correct and that you have someone trustworthy at home to accept your package. If you have a history of package theft in your area, consider requesting to have your package held at the post office for pickup. Additionally, check with your neighbors before making a report, as some carriers may leave packages with them if you’re unavailable.

Option A: If your order was shipped via USPS, visit www.usps.com and track your order to see if it’s in transit. On the USPS website, under “Receive,” click on “Intercept a Package.” Once the screen opens up, enter your tracking number. A new page will open for you to change the address.

Option B: Contact the carrier directly to inquire about how you can change the address.

Place your order, then proceed to the payment page using your chosen payment method. Use the ORDER # as a “reference” when making your payment. DO NOT include product name.

Please inspect cases immediately upon receipt and report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours for us to process a refund or replacement. If the box arrives with liquid stains, please reject the package. Please note that we do not send replacements for stained bottles; however, we do replace broken bottles. Refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported after this timeframe will not be approved.

Send pictures of the damaged item to our email and include your order number. Make sure to also include a picture of your shipping
