ABSOLUTELY NO RETURN/REFUND OR EXCHANGE. .Refund & Exchange Due to Covid-19 & Safety Precautions We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on any of our Products. Once payment is received no refunds is issued unless it's a fault of our own a refund will be issued. If a refund is ever issued at no fault of our company or because of a impatient client, shipping fee will not be refundable if the package is already in transit, $15 re-route fee will be deducted as well (to have the package shipped back to our company). Tracking a Package Once you receive tracking details by Email please allow 24 hours for USPS or UPS to update the package within it's system. Visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/Home.page and enter your tracking number to track your package DAILY. It’s your job & very important to track your packages daily until it’s marked as delivered. Also sign up for Text Alerts with Usps or to receive daily texts updates on your package status.
After sending a payment to us Allow 24-48 hours for a tracking number & payment confirmation to be sent by Email. NOTE: Please check your SPAM FOLDERS as well. Contacting us beforehand will only cause packages to Delay. We prepare packages in the order received. If you have not received a tracking number or confirmation that means we haven’t made it to your order. Allow 1-2 days. Weekends or Holidays not included. All Saturday-Sunday orders ship out on Monday.
*Stolen Packages USPS: We are not responsible for stolen packages. You must file a claim with Usps by calling 1-800-275-8777 . To prevent your package from being stolen you must add Signature Confirmation to your order which is a extra fee during Shipping checkout. With this service your package will not be left outside your door, USPS will have a member inside your residence to sign for the package upon delivery. *Wrong Address USPS: We are not responsible for wrong Addresses. Keep in mind we can not get those products back if it’s delivered to someone else’s household. If you notice your Address is incorrect before your package is Out-for-delivery. You must immediately contact us by Text at 347-740-5641 & send a extra $16 or visit USPS & fill out a “Package Intercept” form online, the fee is $16.00 for this service. This service is only available if the package is NOT out for delivery. We take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for wrong Address faults of our own. Please don’t forget to include your Apartment Number when listing address. After 3 delivery attempts Usps will send the package back to us & you must wait until we receive the package before we can re-ship, You will be responsible for sending a new re-shipping fee to cover the cost.
