Eligibility for Returns:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
The original packaging and tags must be intact.

How to Return:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via our email/ phone number with your order number and reason for return.
Ship Back: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Simply package the item securely and send it back to us.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards
Clearance items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, Open Bottles of vitamins,
Custom or personalized products
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange items if they are in stock. Contact us to start the process.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
